In this "New business paradigm with Elaira" podcast episode I talk about very essential business topic - how to manage your sacred energy and the cyclic energy nature in business. It’s a deep invitation to work inline with your innate nature and not against it.
This is a topic that is hugely overlooked and underestimated. We all know energy is everything, but I noticed when it comes to embodying it and especially in business we struggle to really practically do it because we conditioned to work in a linear, consistent way, push against our flow. This is how our old business structures are built encouraging to compromise ourselves.
But in the new business paradigm we build our business and everything AROUND OUR ENERGY! We adapt structures, business models and all business eco system around our natural energy flow and not other way around as we were conditioned to.
