These are my personal reflections and soul-level contemplations. I speak to the sacred in business, the slow power of capacity, and what it takes to lead in ways that are honest, embodied, and true.

In this "New business paradigm with Elaira" podcast episode I share all about the Masculine and Feminine Energies, and how they relate to business.
This is a topic that all of us will have experienced, often in unhealthy ways. But is there an alternative healthy approach to marketing, the way we structure and run our businesses?
If your energies are not balanced, one side will try to overcompensate and will not feel natural too.
Being in your masculine is taking action, being goal orientated. Without the balance of the feminine, this can often lead to burnout.
On the other hand, feminine energy in business shows heart, flow, being and your essence. But without having the balance of the masculine, there is no structure or safety for yourself and your clients.
It’s also important to balance your energies for your clients because they can be masculine or feminine too, and they can be drawn to either of your energies, especially when it comes to sales. The feminine beings can be drawn to your energy and intuitively want to buy from you, and the more masculine beings may need information and time to make a decision.
In the new business paradigm we build our business inline with our cyclic and dual nature, the dance of masculine and feminine energies. We adapt structures, business models and all business eco system around our natural energy flow and not other way around as we were conditioned to.
