This was my recent discovery of personal experience of what I'd call a negative energy attack.
They found a hook on one thing I didn't expect at all - my fear of fully allowing deepest love. The enormous, undefended kind. The kind that means you can't always shield & protect the beings closest to you, the ones you love the most. Fear of love that tries to avoid the grief and vulnerability it may bring. the feelings you need to feel if you fully allow it.
This episode is that story. How I recognized what was happening. How I moved through it. And the insight that came after about holding the full range of being human and extrasensory being. And what it means to walk with an open heart through genuinely hard things.
